First, click the blue Sxipper in the right corner of the status bar, choose Send Feedback:
Then you will see the Feedback dialog.
In this dialog, choose the right Type for you and fill in all fields as much as possible.
Finally, don't forget to check the Add-ons Info check box so that all add-ons and plugins that has been installed on your current Firefox profile will be listed here. You can review and change the list before clicking the Send button.
Then click Send button to submit your question/issue.You'll get an auto-reply message from the support system of Sxipper. There will be a link that you can use to follow up.
